At Gottis - Swedish Candy Co., we take great care in ensuring your candy arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
However, if your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or there is a problem with the quality, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
